Construction business – A growing markets
Construction is a procedure that can build infrastructure, commercial buildings and residencies in the field of civil engineering and architecture. Construction field is multitasking field where you have to manage building design, building materials, row materials, labor workers etc. Actually each job has been divided to related person. Generally all over job is supervised by the construction managers, project manager, designer and architectures.
Construction is not so easy job because there are various parts in it as per follow:
1. Residential Building Construction - This part includes residential plots, residential buildings, row houses and Bungalows. Mostly small business owner wants to choose this type of construction because they don’t need much financial budgets and risk for the same.
2. Commercial Building Construction – This part includes commercial buildings, commercial plots, real estate, estate building etc. Most of big business owner choose to construct this type of works.
3. Road, Highways and bridge construction – Generally owners of these projects are government agencies either at the local level or national level. This project is not for profits but it is for public interest.
